My memory power is fading as of late



I don't have the memory power We when I was through college

If yes, don't be anxious. You are not on it's own! There are millions of most people like you. Ok, does it help if you knew your not alone? Certainly not. You need to understand how to "regain" any memory power.

You have more than likely heard "Use it or even lose it". This is true with your memory too. Slightly more work you give to all your "memory muscles", the healthier your memory becomes.

Contemplate your school days. Did you give more work towards your memory those days? That i bet you did. This is assignments, exercises and projects to undertake. Most importantly, you found tests and examinations. You knew that in order to pass the exam is usually to give work to your brain and your memory.
